I used an ICOM Kiosk while I was at Robins Georgia in February and the cost was $1.00 for 3 or 4 minutes. Which seems low, but the rate would be $15 to $20 for the whole hour. You can look at it another way, I threw 5 bucks into a new video game Monday and played for about 20 minutes. So the rate is comparable with video games. One good thing was that I could log on and check my stocks and mail and with the time left over, I could surf.
