After a call to my broker who's firm has a 1.1 buy rating on Wind,
the consensus is that Wind has upset many on the Street ever since
the downgrade in Jan from Lehman Bros. As a result they are keeping
all analysts in the dark about what is going on at the company, and
analysts and borkerages hate surprises, so they sell expecting the
worst. I believe Wind must change this policy IMMEDIATELY. JMHO

<<The question is whether this is just the first
cockroach in the kitchen.>>

I've looked at WIND before, but was scared by predictions from some hedge fund managers that the stock was a "disaster waiting to happen." Looks like they were 100% correct.

The excuses they used in the release are lame. EAII gave the same excuses and got chopped in half today. I'd expect the stock to bounce between $5-10 for the next few quarters.
