Dale, I hope ICCAC works out for you. I'm not interested in it because of the lack of liquidity, and very small float. Much of the insider paper is pooled in a voting trust. As it stands, the company is a total joke, but the share sructure is such that if these guys manage to strike some kind of deal with a new group who may want to throw new assets into this glorified shell, they will be able to put the share price where ever they want it. In the short term, the share price will be determined by whether or not the holders of the convertible preferreds convert and dump their common on the market. Do you know who is holding these shares? Someone is investing $2.6 million into this thing, they must have more of a plan than trying to unload their shares into a very thin market. Just some thoughts and concerns. SH
