Mike I'm not exactly sure, but I would assume they are still buying as I see yorkton on the bid constantly. This may be where they are doing their buying through. However It has been so long since I have seen yorkton buy any cnb, that I doubt they are buying any of it though. Why buy in the open market when you can issue options to yourself though. That way you don't have to run the stock up to get a good price or whack of shares.
