Hi TT,

I don't mean to appear contradictive, but I believe 'whatcha-ma-fizz' in England just bought a boatload of Symbol's portable terminals for just that purpose.

Applications are in the eye of the beholder, of course - so it may not be what Symbol had in mind. I.e.; one could use a large wooden salad spoon to row a boat.., regardless of what the clerk at Pier 1 says!! :-)
