Notes from IGHS conference call.

Michael Black, Chairman said that the company has made the shift from development stage to operating company this year (as seen by recently signed contracts). Several more in the hopper. Company expects to make $0.14/share in earnings this year. Form 10 will be filed in 2nd quarter, meaning they will be fully reporting.

6.25 million shares outstanding.

Their internet based data collection system has been packaged primarily as a risk-management database for statewide hospital systems. However, Black emphasized that the system is easily portable to other applications which require quick access to state-wide data (e.g. insurance). One doctor called in asking about a rumored major contract with an insurance carrier. Black couldn't go into specifics, but did say that the system would be very effective.

They plan on starting a major PR push to get the word out on the company. More conference calls are expected on a periodic basis.
