>> I think the days for short-sellers are just gone! << <ROF,L>

NOT! I hope you're kidding. The net stocks are hysterically overinflated, which creates TONS of short opportunities. It also baits scammers who are coming out of the woodwork like cockroaches.

However, not every overinflated company is a good short on any given day. It's easy to get so worked up over the overvaluations, you wind up with tire tracks up your face. We've all done it, I dare say...

I think we're all feeing buried in our observations of overvalued stocks, but TIMING is key to turning a profit on short trades. Anthony demonstrates this abundantly EVERY DAY on this thread. That's why he's so amazing.

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SEMINAR!!!!!!!!!

YHOO has always caught it's breath in the past following it's usual analyst-exceeding earnings report. It has had a fairly predictable pattern. It's price greatly rises in anticipation in the 3-4 weeks prior to earnings. Then retreats a bit for a week or 2 followed by 1-2 months of a gradual/volatile increase. The pattern will probably repeat (retreat for a week or 2).

Cheers

Mike

>>>"Yahoo usually beats consensus, and we would not be surprised to see it
do so again," said Merrill Lynch Internet analyst Henry Blodget in a note
to clients. But Blodget cautioned "against unrealistic hopes." He also
anticipated the stock to dip after the announcement "regardless of how
strong the quarter is."<<<
