What exactly are you referring to when you say they in the above sentence?

What do you think about the possibility that CYMI and a few other small cap semiconductor equipment companies have already had their "relapse," and any decline in other stocks will have only minimal affect on CYMI et. al?

Looks like we are forming a nice base here. I have begun adding back to my position here at 17 1/4. Will save some bullets in case we move down to the 15-16 region. Your thoughts?
