Most of what I receive is from the company and info posted on Yahoo.

I have owned it for two years ever since it was in Individual Investor. (Got in at 14.75, shame on me) I won't sell till it gets back there (principle/stubborn). Almost did last year.

Several of the posters on Yahoo have been shareholders a long time also. Varl sells mainly VCO's that sell for a few dollars. They have installed 2 new high speed production lines over the last year. I believe one is already at full capacity with the other not used much yet. Other then that their business is profitable, the capital expenditures for the lines has now stopped and they should continue to increase revenue/income each quarter. However, at some point they will be a full capacity again and will need more capital for expansion. Just exactly when that is I don't know. When will they hit critical mass on revenue/income? Wish I knew.

regards,
Larry
