Joe, I have traded this stock a couple of times during the last two years. I am currently long based on what I perceive as an undervalued situation. It wasn't too long ago that the Company itself felt that $6+ was a good investment. I admit that I don't understand all the recent write downs; inventory, and others related to the most recent acquisitions,but perhaps the new CFO has cleared the decks and prepared the company for better results in the future. Time will tell. Regards, Steve
