Mike What exactly do you mean. I'm confused. Seperat from their holding? They are seperate right now, they are 2 distinct companies. The only common ground are SWG management, office space and SWG shares in CNB. Don't read to much into special meeting, it might be something as simple as voting in a new director or options on stock to employee/management etc. Every meeting these guys have is special, because you finally get to hear the whole story, which of course they won't put in print. That's why there special.
