Aint it a bitch. I had the same prob a couple weeks ago...deciding what took precedence between taxes, gathering paperwork for the SEC, going over the books of a local business I am thinking about buying half of, and maintaining my social life. Let me give you some advice. Call your broker(s) right away and get whatever trading logs and statements you can right away if you didnt keep them like I did not. Schwab and Fidelity took awhile to find mine.

The most important thing you can possibly do is follow the instructions to the "T."

Come on down and drop them off in person like I did, the cherry blossoms are still out! Yep, people were wondering why I was spending every night for 2 weeks at the Business Center of my apt complex. What fun.
