Jeff, I have tried to find more information inre: China Telecom. I did find where Microsoft signed a deal with them . idgchina.com idg.net cci.com.hk Hope this helps Dorine

China Telecom will provide a domestic network base for IBM's business services in a joint venture that would allow international businesses to connect Chinese offices to their global network and business travelers to access network services with a domestic call.
