4 17:38 =Yahoo¦ Gains In Late-Market Activity After Upside Earnings

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Late-market players bid up shares of Yahoo¦ Inc. (YHOO)
after the company reported first-quarter earnings that beat expectations.
Yahoo shares traded at 215 around 5:15 p.m. EDT, up from their regular session
close at 208 7/16, which was down 6 7/16 from Tuesday.
Yahoo posted pro forma operating net income of 11 cents a share, above both
year-ago income of 2 cents and a First Call Corp.'s 8 cents consensus estimate.
Yahoo reported first-quarter revenue of $86.1 million, compared with $30.6
million a year ago.
In other late activity, Audiohighway.com (AHWY) shares continued to rise,
tacking on another 1/16 to trade at 28 1/16. In regular hours Wednesday, the
stock gained 10 5/8, or 61%.
One analyst said Audiohighway's rise was due to merger speculation among
Internet companies. Web investors are seeking out the next Broadcast.com Inc.
(BCST), which agreed to be bought last week by Yahoo.

Today was interesting to say the least! Nasdaq style of day but not yet Nasdaq. Wait until that announcement! The market has put a value on this stock and when the Nasdaq announcement comes out followed by all the built-up press releases that have accumulated since the application the price per share will be much more than the closing price today. My advice to all: hold, don't sell, wait! $$$$

Hey SV,

Given the runup today, I am assuming that you sold! LOL

Hope you're holding this one and you make back some, no all, of your losses on the others.
