I never have said that it was Kim who sold the stock. Others hold sizable blocks as well. The extended (I believe one year) lock-up period relates only to the Kim family.

Other insiders are free to buy and sell shares, with proper notification to the SEC of their intent to sell. If it was an insider who sold on 03/31, they have roughly to the end of April to report the sale. But insider or not, it really doesn't matter. It's a large holder (among others) who want out.
