I'm basing my pro-NATO stance on the fact that NATO is right is it's actions against
Serbia.

I have pointed to specific provisions in the NATO charter which I believe the bombing violates.

Can you point to any specific provisions in the NATO charter which support the legality of the bombing?

"right" ? According to what is "right" in the U.N. doctrines NATO is "wrong". As was pointed out by Christorpher earlier those doctrines dictate NATO policy. Regarding history, I only suggested that you show us what it was in world history that supports your position; as you hinted in a previous post you enjoy giving cyber-wedgies to historical neophytes.
