ICCAC - What's the float?? It must be have a tiny tiny float, the stock moves up a $1 for every 10k volume.

I covered on this one a short while ago, lost a little, pattern of accumulation was foreboding to me. It has only continued to go up since.

Does anyone have level II here, can they see and report the activity, it would be a great help to several people on this board. I however will not reshort unless I immediately box to ride it up.
