Heinz,

I agree with you that there was and still is a possibility of devaluation of Chinese yuan. However, given the recent Asian/HK markets rebound, the devaluation of Chinese yuan will not happen. If the Asia is really in the slow recovery from the bottom, Chinese government will hold there. China wants to join WTO, no currency devaluation would be one of the major conditions.
