david--- lets try this. I called JDN and he is willing... you send a check made out to him for $5K and anything you have showing I have anything to do with shorting TAVA and I will send him a check for $5K with my most recent brokers statement showing TAVA has been in that account since last July. JDN can look at the info-- post the results on all threads he can find on the net--- then mail $9K to the one that has real proof and keep $1K for his trouble. The other shuts his mouth right after apologizing on the thread ....... I will even enclose last years statement to show there was no shorting during that period. PS--- how many people could have the same name as you? AND make that a certified check..
