IMHO the bargain hunting bottom feeders are moving into Compaq. That is a good sign. Bottom feeders usually buy and hold the bargains they find. Almost as good as a stock buy back. Not the same buyers as the momentum crowd. Hmmm, I hope Compaq is taking this opportunity to buy back a bunch of shares.
