Re: decline in PC demand in February. The PIII didn't come out until late February and most evidence seems to indicate that purchases were delayed until it shipped. For companies on Jan-Mar quarters, like Compaq, this will be an issue. for companies on Feb-Apr quarters, like Dell and HP, it should have less of an effect.
