Windows98 not be "merged" with NT or Windows2000. This is the official reason but I think the anti-trust case on Windows98 had something to do with it.

yes, the 95's will move faster (up or down) than the 120's.

the 120's being cheaper means you can buy more options for the same money and thereby have more leverage.
