There was suppose to be an 8K filed on this back in November. Also, the dividend was to be paid at the same time if I recall correctly. Since John's new to the thread, you should make clear to him that all this did not, uh, actually happen. Something else, by the way, that Mikey was not, shall we say, entirely candid about on the witness stand: 6 THE WITNESS: It is. It is. But in this case here, 7 we retired the stock, our personal stock to build 8 stockholders' equity because then the individual person would 9 have more of a stake in the company and would get dividends 10 when the company makes a profit.
