These class action suits are such a joke. This is my third one (Centennial and SIII being the other two)

First, they rarely are successfully in proving indiividual culpability. Only FORMER shareholders and the attorneys ever really collect anything. The EXISTING shareholders are essentially suing themselves. It amazes me how lawyers are able to collect a fee for convincing an entity to transfer money from its left pocket to its right pocket.

Personally, I don't want money from Larson. Two weeks with the general population of Chino or Soledad will satisfy me fine. After bonding with the Arians and the Crips and the Bloods, it will give him a much different perspective when he returns to his CEO chair ....assuming he can still sit afterwards.
