Hmmmm....that's MSD's ideal consumer audience -- he calls them the techno buyers. They are comfortable with PCs and are willing to pay more for quality, upgrades, and enhancements.

IMHO, DELL will let HWP and CPQ have the low end of the market where is no margin.
