Just because I want to rescue you from doing taxes (altruist that I am), I will ask you one more question: is it possible that NATO is doing this simply because they believe they can? I find the more I learn about this situation the less I understand. Certainly, American public opinion didn't drive Clinton and NATO to act. And there are clearer cases of ethnic cleansing much closer to home -- various Latin American countries actions towards indigenous peoples borders on genocide. It is all too confusing for my simple mind to grasp. CTC
