You would think it would be hard for Markman and his mgmt team to see their (and our) stock plummet, while the market makes new highs, not to mention while all of gm's internet and high tech neighbors share prices rocket. Maybe we should all chip in and buy them eye vision surgery, or perhaps a new optical prescription. Or we can all share a
melancholy round of drinks at Los Gatos Brewery...

You would think it would be hard for Markman and his mgmt team to see their (and our) stock plummet while the market soars to new highs. Not to mention the price action of gm's internet, high tech, and partners? shares prices. Perhaps we should all chip in and get them corrective laser eye surgery, or at least a new optical prescription. Or maybe they can invite us to a company gathering after work at Los Gatos Brewery to share a melancholy round of drinks.
I guess we'll just have to wait (settle) for another "Markman Memo"...

On a more serious note, in this market environment where unproven companies can raise millions of new investor dollars through legitimate investment bank financing, why does gm have to resort to another dilutive and depressing convertible deal. Something appears to be very wrong here. I'll accept yet another lack of response from this thread to mean you concur.

p.s. sorry for the dupe message, I had more to add.
