Skeeter Bug, The power of negative journalism (I believe that we have travelled this path in the past)! What that article said is that: 1) 80% i.e. an overwhelming majority of companies do not plan to freeze IT expenditures. 2) 60% i.e. a majority of companies will either maintain or increase IT expenditure. Now what is the break up of the IT budget in the 60% mentioned in point 2? What percentage is allocated to hardware? Since you jumped to the conclusion with a big NOT! I am sure you know the answer to these questions! Waiting anxiously, -BGR.
