Why is that? The way I am seeing it is if Wit trades at $100, then $3 us added to the value of INDI. In addition, five years out, Wit may be one of the foremost on-line trading firms in the world, especially with the Goldman Sachs ownership. Ameritrade has split twice since going public. Do the math on Ameritrade, $135 * 4 = $540. Assuming Wit follows in that same direction, Indi may be worth upwards of $15 or so.
