Dellfan, (OT)

For someone with no position and limited insight on this stock, you are annoying as hell. I have recommended this stock to my family and friends and have made a sizable investment in it myself. So I don't feel ashamed to post my recommendation on proper threads. I do not talk up ELBO on other stock boards. And I never predicted a "breakout" last week. My recommendations have been for value and momentum investors with the exception of this morning's breakout which I made note of on 2 Daytrader sites. Anyone can check my profile. I'm not talking up other stocks because nothing on my radar is as much a screaming buy as ELBO.

If you had a clue you'd realize that the CEO mentioned a portal-type deal, not a splitoff, and that news would be released within 30 days (that was 2 wks ago). Since you "certainly don't expect another within thirty days from the conference call" why don't you wait and see instead of contradicting the CEO from a position of ignorance. Many find it quite plausible that more announcements will follow shortly based on the nature of this reorg and the comments he made on the call.

As for my predictive prowess, I am doing quite well this year, thank you very much. My home run picks this year have been EGRP (24-SA), AMTD (19-SA), SNMM (<4), INSP (55) and WCAP (<7). I've had a few base hits with DBCC, short PRFM, COOL, PTVL, and TNO. I've not lost more than 5% this year on any stock (except TTLN on paper) and I'm in the black with ELBO. The only true "prediction" I've made this year was pure conjecture about the WGAT IPO announcement date and it was dead-on from 45+ days out(check WCAP thread on YHOO, mid-Jan timeframe -- I won my own pool).

I rarely day trade and base my decisions on fundamentals. I do not have a crystal ball and all expectations are firmly IMHO. I double-check my facts before I post and admit freely when I err. I guess that's where we are most antipodal.

To this point I've been very lucky with my picks and theories. I gain a lot from the threads and like to give something back when time allows. That's why I'm here. Why are you?
TJ

PS>>My apologies to those who have had to endure these OT posts. My credibility was being questioned and I felt compelled to set the record straight. This is my last rebuttal to Dellfan.
