They are simply teaming up on the project. No shares will be exchanged. The IPO of Topjobs U.K. is also completely separate. If you look into the situation carefully it really does seem like a good arrangement. A call to I.R. will probably provide a quick clear explanation. As far as what I predicted for stock price, my last part about getting the information out might be even more accurate than I thought!
