So, the iMac gets a speed bump all the way to 333mHz (past the 300mHz chip) and the B&W G3 group is expected to also climb a rung up.

Is this really because of a "shortage" in the existing 266mHz-300 supply or is it because they're holding them back in quantity for another product...say, a portable one?

Current rumors are saying the P1 will utilize the 300mHz G3, but depending on when it finally releases (MWNY perhaps) it could be much faster.

Anyone think this jump from 266 to 333 is telling?
