That may be true in US but not Canada. ADSL in Canada is 4M/512k
which is comparable to Cable and only cost CDN$10 more per month
but you don't have share it with anyone and don't have to go
through any proxy servers


Really? The only high speed internet access for the consumer or home market that I have seen is from cable---offering @Home internet access in the Toronto area. I thought high speed ADSL is a lot more expensive so that they don't bother with the home market.
