I follow your logic on the rural land, but remember that this can be a
super valid trend and we can be here 3 years from now while the base is still developing.

There is no reason for a rehash of the 1930's as there will be
aggressive monetary expansion to combat that, the only question is how
much inflationary trends reemerge at that point.
