NETA - I don't think the suit will have any affect on the stock price. The market has learned to disregard all but the most serious of suits. The SEC finished their review and from what I saw, and a Bear Stearns analyst, everything is now behind them. There may be a small charge to next quarter's earnings of something like 30M from what I understand...... still this stock has dropped almost straight from 60 and even at reduced earnings will be trading near a 15 P/E. As one of the analysts stated, now that all this is behind them they can return to "dominating their field". Holding here, and still thinking of adding. Tj
