Hey, Diana, long time no read! That article sure can't hurt. It explains very well how the telecom business in China has been stymied by the monopoly, and this will certainly open things up. Whether this directly or indirectly affects DGIV, who knows, but of course the Teltek deal was a China telecom deal. But of course the Big Boys are waiting in the wings to pounce on the opportunity too. Who knows? We'll see soon enough. Gotta be alert and adept.
