Understood. I think some of the key issues to address for GNET are customer acquisition, retention and realizing the potential of a large customer base. Go2Net seems to have some of the best software available for discussion groups and some loyal, established communities. They also have competitive offerings in many of the other expected portal services. I do believe they are missing some features, but I suspect they're working to fill out their services. Finally, I believe that the cable connection will help drive customer traffic, the cash infusion will enable corporate acqusition and add some to the bottom line, and given these ingredients, I have confidence that management will learn new ways of providing value to customers in exchange for increased profits.
