Jay - "kick them out of the way?" I believe your ire might be better directed at you local phone and cable providers. The technology is there today. The local providers need to ante up and configure their networks. That's it. Intel is investing in and working with all the major players. As for INTC vs. AMD; I don't believe Intel is obsessed with AMD. They are, however, the competition. And Intel is in BUSINESS, not a charity. I've always been taught that in business you'd better keep an eye on those who want to take your lunch money, and respond appropriately to threats to one's business. PB
