Shoe,

With respect to your statement about the warrants:

I appreciate Xybernaut's acknowledgement that the warrants aren't necessarily worthless.

Notice that Mr. Heybroek(?) didn't mention the warrants specifically. A paste from the portion of the e-mail regarding "an investment in the company":

With respect to your investment, I am at a loss as to why you would
characterize it as worthless. Product is being manufactured and shipped on a regular basis to our customers around the world. Market reaction to the product has been very positve. It seems to me that these macro indicators would lead one to believe that an investment in the company is anything but worthless.

Bill,

Thanks for the "heads-up".

Deacon..er, I mean, Mike

I am not so sure the person responding from XYBR knew or realized the question related to XYBRW.

The warrants surely are in question with a July 99 expiration date, and the common stock sinking daily.

One can only assume the delay in posting earnings isn't a good sign.

Poor earnings figures, if not accompanied by some reason to be hopeful ,will drive the stock lower and kill the warrants.

A 4 1/6 bid 4 1/8 ask on the common, isn't real impressive at this point.

Time will tell........
