Hello Jim! I don't understand, Are you asking us to get our certs or put our shares in safe keeping or which ever one we can. I have an account with AB watley with my biggest holding of pnlk and will ask them if they have safe keeping. If not, then I will ask them for my certs if this will keep the shorts out.

James,

>In the past it was discussed that we longs, as a group, by taking certs would hamper shorting efforts. This was never comfortably resolved, the major disadvantage being inconvenience and liquidity of transactions in case of unforseen trouble.<

This is a very personal decision. What you do with this really depends on how LONG you really are. (With all due respect, you are talking to a bunch of people on the internet that you don't even know). Personally, I would never do it. But if you're planning on leaving the funds here long term, there's no reason not to either. Before you decide, ask yourself who will be driving this stock in the coming months. Hands down, I think the longs will. That being the case, it shouldn't be necessary for you to be a martyr. If we enjoy a major rise, this can be re-thought though. At $20, I might call in my shares, not at $4.00 . Whatever... Your decision.

Regards,
