Has anyone throught about how Rogers Communications figures into all of this? The warrant they received for media services last July gives them the option to purchase 1.5 mill shares at a price of $1.25, open to July/99 with an option for an additional 100,000. So, we've got a big player out there (who doesn't think they'll exercise their options) who could pick up almost 4% of the market cap for BII and then presumably dump it and take the gain - since auctions aren't really a business they want to be in/have any expertise with? Hmmm.... then we can start speculating on what RCI will do with all this unexpected cash!! Let see - a $50 share price will give them $73 million. If I recall, the warrant cost them 1.5 million or something. Not a bad 12 month return!!
