>>Well, I have not yet turned less bearish yet for the short-term.<<
versus
>>I just turned extremely bullish. gggggggg<<

Talk about whipsaw action! <ggg>

I agree on the mixed signals. As per my previous post. Many of the financials look over extended. WFC for example close to a resistance point yet the Bank indexes look ready to run. Is C going to try it alone again like before?

PNX - trying a breakout. Any thoughts to if it will succeed? Resistance congestion at 480, 485 then 490 but then?

bb - Be careful with SCH. I have a fork where the middle tine held till today.(handle from low on Jan 6th, upper tine from 1 Feb high and lower tine from low of 10 Feb) It crossed over and if it doesn't reverse soon, the upper tine is up around 135-140 area. It won't do it all at once since the indicators are maxing out soon but a pause then break again could propel it higher.

On your other one you hinted at, I have had 3 class 3 sell signals on it. Not the strongest of signals but it shouldn't burn you too bad either for trying.

Good Luck,

Lee

don!!!

Did that string just break????

OK .. now I'll look at your update.

BTW .. my little prem /trin indicator tells me that there should have been a drop in prices. The trin was saying that down volume was trending higher vs up volume. At the same time the futures were not anything to call home about (they didn't put any up pressure on the index) .. tick was below 0 most of the day. .. so we got almost entirely negative pressure on the market .. yet we went up.

So then, to me, that equates to the market makers / specialists setting up their shorts.

I keep looking at that SPX chart of mine trying to figure out how to draw lines that would contain the index where it is now .. guess I'm going to have to start using those Italian numbers<g>.

I figure that down is next .. you gotta have a class one sell on the DJIA by now .. OK , now I'll take a look.

..........

Got me again ..
