Laser, I have a thought why some of the PPers may have filed for possible sale. It could be as simple as shareholders not wanting to take any more investment risk, but see a path to leverage their MGAU investment. The PP came with warrants in the money at $2. One could sell some of their stock to pay for the conversion. That would have those filing expecting MGAU to be greater than $2 soon. That objective would be a positive for the stock price, not a negative. Just a thought.
