To be honest I thought that 13 was the bottom.
Of course it is lower now.
I just can't figure out why it keeps dropping in price
when it seems like such a good play.
I started this thread so that maybe someone can do some better
DD than I have done.

The bottom hasn't been established yet. If you like the company
based on its book value & ca$h, take a look at NCSS. I might
go back in again today after a run up. Short interest is big.
When it (NCSS) moves up again, it will be in the high teen.
