Dear Biff, >>We also discussed what we both considered the major problem facing Eagle which is its lack of capital funding. But I was assured that the company is in talks with many different potential equity partners.<< Financing problem? They have multi year commitments for more than 50 mobile plants. Doesn't sound like a problem to me, unless the company gets a few $100,000,000 contracts. If that happens, the likes of GE capital would be more than happy to fill in any financing gaps. >>From this conversation, I was also reassured about the lengths the company is going to market their product all over the world. But, if this company is going to be taken seriously, they need to take their investor relations more seriously.<< I've been quite satisfied with their investor relations, other than the lack of a 1-800 number. My phone bills are terrible. >>The "aura" of being a BB Utah stock and having an investor relations office run out of Vancouver (both well known stock scam capitals of the world) are two too many strikes against this company as far as I'm concerned.<< Utah a scam capital of the world. Yeah, the mormans are notorious for pump and dump schemes. Are you serious? I've got no problem with the Vancouver IR firm, but there are a fair number of scams coming from there. The thing you FAIL TO REALIZE, the company is FULLY REPORTING. >>I sincerely believe in the promise and possibilities that lay before Eagle, but they have a ways to go before they reassure "the street" and investors in general that they are offering a serious and realistic investment vehicle to the public.<< I guess you'll be jumping on board at $8 when "the street" gives it's sign of approval. Do you still hold your mother's hand when crossing the street. >>But in their defense, I have to say that their 18 month insider stock lock-up plan is a pretty cool step in the right direction and it does instill a great deal of investor confidence in me.<< You're schizo... You say the company is a scam and then say this extraordinary long-term lock up agreement gives you confidence. Which one is it? Alexbizfn.com
