Marty, thanks again for your efforts and consideration in an objective approach to assist us all with DD.

Some random thoughts as I have been lurking for a while (even missed happy hour): I still continue to believe that RG is doing a great job of posturing TSIG for a take off. While the launch is not as fast as many would like, his efforts for us longs will pay off. I am convinced that two quarters of sound financials will launch TSIG to NASDAQ. I oversee a portfolio for a medium size not-for-profit (about $20M)and deal with mainstream brokers regularly. The consensus is that internet related stocks have so outperformed the market that they are being added even to conservative portfolios. But talking about TSIG, we are not there yet to catch the eye of main stream street people. When that happens...

I am getting more appreciation for the niche that RG is pursuing as a fund raising medium. Today's new saw two majors enter the on-line music sale business and it would be hard to get a market share from those with deep pockets and very heavy ad budgets. The Guerilla marketing approach with NFP's is such a good idea with great potential. This alone should make TSIG a winner. Retail sales via the net will just be gravy. Dealing with NFP's is a process that takes patience and time.

TSIG has made good moves to get quality key personnel, line up the best for internet and telemarketing technology, cut out the problems, and should be going. MM's and day traders may keep the price low but it has let me accumulate...

Aloha to all/kekoa (Yes, Phil, I am alive and lurking)

Hi Marty -

<<AND elsewhere (don't forget the "international" in the current
name... and that's just one elsewhere)>>

<<Two other, IMO, very major deals have already been agreed to by the parties and I expect to see PRs shortly (please don't hold me to the day as lawyers have to approve every word... including those in the PRs), but, again IMHO, they are mind boggling.>>

<< Just my opinion, but second quarter will start to show decent revenues, third quarter will show a significant rampup in revenues, and by the fourth quarter we will be showing profits from those revenues. IMO... a phenomenal feat for such a young company, but I have a very high confidence level it will be accomplished.>>

Welcome home Marty !! You've now had a firsthand look at TSIG.com and I sense that your excitement and enthusiasm for the company and your investment is growing. That's a GREAT sign for those of us having to evaluate things from afar.

Marty, thank you very much for the update ! That is just what I wanted to read before I go to sleep. Go TSIG.com 1999 !! :~):~)

Marty, thanks for the update. Just one question,

>>Just my opinion, but second quarter will start to show decent revenues, third quarter will show a significant rampup in revenues, and by the fourth quarter we will be showing profits from those revenues. IMO<<

REW was told the company expected to become profitable in May or June. Has this now been pushed forward to the 4th Q?

MARTY - PLEASE come back soon - we NEED you !! I think you're the only one that can keep this thread from degenerating into a cesspool. A few longs have made some gallant efforts to get the thread back on track but to no avail.

And then we have longs that continue a dialogue with bashers/etc. for days on end. Evidently - ignoring the bashers/etc. is a near impossible endeavor for some. But - I still have hope that collectively - we can do it.

Marty - it's just not the same when you're not around. If your computer isn't working - try one of the internet cafes. I think they have those in California. :~)

P.S. The report can wait until it's ready. We just want to hear from you. Thanks
Marty !! :~):~)
