A hoax involving a bogus press release, a knock-off Web site, a Yahoo bulletin board and massive e-mailing pushed shares of PairGain Technologies up as much as 30 percent Wednesday. It proves that with an ever-increasing amount of information online, and the ability of sophisticated computer users to perpetrate fraud through online bulletin boards, Internet investors had better be extra careful.

"""Yeah.. but FDX was a long!! ;-)""" That's what makes him so special indeed. He knows what to buy and what to sell. And when. What is wrong with making money both ways.?? That is what a good trader does isn't it?? Why limit yourself to just one side of the action?? While short selling is most definitely very profitable, it is much harder to do. And with CYOE as an example, look at how hard you have to work to make your position perform for you. It is junk, but it's taking an awful lot of work to score a point or 2 from it isn't it? To me, once it gets to that point, it's just not worth it.
