If IDTC gets to 30 and you have doubled your money, why not sell half and let the profit ride?

Not that this is a bad strategy, but personally, I want to get in at the bottom of a huge winner and hold for the long run.

Internet telephony is the wave of the future, and IDTC is the leader. I view this like getting in at the beginning of MCI, only far better because it's the internet.

Personally, I think that the shareholders are going to get most of the spinoff. I think this for two reasons:

1) IDTC doesn't need the cash. Of the 100% of the shares in the spinoff, either the company keeps some and sells the rest to the marker, keeping the cash. Not likely. Or

2) They keep a little, sell a little, and give the rest of the stock to their shareholders. Since Jonas owns 1/3 of the shares of IDT, I suspect this will happen. It is in his interest.

This will be very like LU and T. It will be a very good long-term hold.
