Upgrades are normally done on the weekends do to the down time needed to do the upgrade.Congrats to Mr. Glenn Zagoren. Lets get this baby going so we can all sit back and watch a great team at work! The next 5 years are going to be very interesting. I know this company will still be here. That's why I bought into Tully's coffee. Great management.

For all those who like to ski in Washington it is snowing in the Mt's. Well just dreaming of gliding down the hills.Just kidding it won't be enough to go skiing. But it is cold.

I also have not met Glenn but have spoken with him on the phone on two occasions and received a number of e mails to my questions to him. I was likewise impressed with his professionalism and obvious intelligence. In my conversations with him it was very clear this man has his act together and is very sharp. I would not want him as a competitor of mine. Fortunately, we are on the same side.
