Institutions are buying

Thompson "I-WATCH" designed special program to get a glimpse what institutions are /intend to do.Complicated methodology.the end result
is attached graph.It is all blue-they all expressed interest to buy.No single one is selling!
Punch in other symbols to compare how not perfect /bad it can be as opposed to SFE.
Overall they did not represented yesterday a big percentage of trades.
Retail investor did.
